Courses with less than 5 people enrolled will be cancelled, and the 
enrolled individuals will be carried over to the next scheduled course.  Individual training
sessions are available for a slightly higher fee.


Courses held in remote areas (outside the Kenai Peninsula area) are available for a higher fee
and/or including the costs of travel.  If you are interested in hosting a class in your area for a 
minimum group of 10 people (maximum 30), contact us to set one up.

Seafood HACCP courses

Segment II courses (1-day)



Completion of the Online Seafood HACCP course prior to taking the Segment II class is required to obtain certification.  The online course can be found HERE.
